I have 23 years of experience in South Florida's dynamic luxury multi-story condo market as a sales and investment executive. I have created successful sales strategies that have employed my international reach to attract new buyers and investors to real estate development projects I have headed. With a pure emphasis on sales, I have worked both alone and with teams, some of which I have lead to successful sales results.

I bring a full array of experience to a project understanding that sales is the only objective. I have successfully managed sales teams and as such, I have developed administrative experience. To sell, I have employed branding strategies, digital and social media tactics, event planning as well as my personal relationship skills with foreign and domestic partners including fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, to promote project discovery and inevitably sales.

I believe that high attention to details is the essence of quality customer service, when added to projects with great upside, a strong sales and marketing plan which I can develop and implement, will lead to achieving and outperforming sales goals.
